What is roof rejuvenation exactly?
It is a two-part process: we soft wash the roof to remove moss, algae and buildup, then apply a treatment that restores flexibility to dried-out asphalt shingles so they seal and shed water again.
How do I know if my roof can be restored instead of replaced?
That is what the inspection is for. If the shingles are aging but structurally sound, rejuvenation is usually the smarter spend. If the deck or underlayment is compromised, we will tell you replacement is the right call and why.
How long does the work take?
Most residential rejuvenation projects are completed in a single day, with no tear-off, no dumpster in the driveway and no multi-week wait for a crew.
Will my roof look different afterwards?
It will look clean. The black streaking and green moss come off, and the shingle color comes back. There is no coating or paint left sitting on the surface.
